    Inseparability

    Explanation:

Inseparability refers to a strong association that consumer has between then service and the provider of the service. Consumers tend to associate the attributes between the service of the provider even when these two are not influencing one another.

We can see this in Sean's situation

After visiting the doctor, Sean find out that he does not like that doctor. Maybe from the way the doctor talk to him or because of the way the doctor looks. But, sean never mentioned that the doctor gave a bad service.

and Yet, Sean decided to never get back to that doctor again. His decision in this situation is not based on the quality of the service, but because sean cannot separate the service with the bad provider of the service.
