The British colonist Sir Robert Montgomery intended to establish a colony in Georgia around 1717 and got some territories to be occupied within 3 years, supposed to be called "Margravate of Azilia", a very fancy name for some sort of a principality, with "Azilia" being an ancient European culture name.

It was supposed to be a very efficient and comfortable place for English settlers, but it only remained as a fairy tale project because it was disturbed by previous European neighbor colonies from France and Spain around the south and west of those territories.
