    Being emotionally savvy doesn't mean that you can confuse and confound others with words which contradict your true feelings - c. This is the correct answer.

    Being emotionally savvy does however mean the other things. This is also something we called emotional intelligence which has been a very important concept in psychology and has created a lot of research.
