    That statement is true. Both American Indians and Alaskan Native tend to live in secluded area from the general population. Because of this, they have less access to alcohol drinks which usually provided on stores or bars.

    People who drinks alcohol regularly tends to develop some sort of resistance to its effect. Because of this, drinkers who occasionally drinks but do it on a regular interval tend to have higher percentage to develop alcohol-related problems.
