In what way does a Governor have the same legislative power as the President of the United States? Question 14 options: They both are elected by popular vote. They can both propose a budgets to the legislature. They both can either sign or veto a bill passed by their Legislative branch. They are both in charge of enforcing the laws passed by the Legislative branch.
