In general, how do strict constructionists and liberal constructionists differ in their attitude toward congressional power?

    Strict constructionists are generally concerned on fighting against the civil liberals and rights. A liberal constructionists are people who believe that there are different views, definitions, and meanings for the different parts on the constitution. They generally argue for different meanings and are more common in the federal government.
