    a. A condition of people whose gender at birth is contrary to the one they identify with.

    Explanation:

Gender Dysphoria basically means the dilemma that an individual has regarding his / her sexuality. The discomfort or distressing feeling that s/he feels about his / her sexual identity which greatly contrasts with the physical biological sex assigned to him/her. Such cases where the person feels confused and conflicted between the gender he/she was born with and the gender she/he identifies with is known as Gender Dysphoria.

While it is normal for a person to have the same gender identity with the biological gender he/she is born in, there are cases, more recently increased cases, in the number of people confused and in dilemma in between the two. Such cases may be that a woman may be physically female but may identify like a male and vice versa. These mismatched sex and gender identity leads to the condition of Gender Dysphoria.
