Under Article V of the Constitution, there are two different ways to propose and sanction changes to the Constitution.

    Explanation:

To propose revisions, 66% of the two places of Congress can cast a ballot to propose a change, or 66% of the state assemblies can request that Congress call a national show to propose corrections.

The Constitution gives that an alteration might be proposed either by the Congress with a 66% dominant part vote in both the House of Representatives and the Senate or by a sacred show called for by 66% of the State governing bodies.
