When a water fountain is installed in a building at a height that can be accessed by persons of all ages, including those who may use a wheelchair, walker, etc. they are adhered to which of the seven principles of universal design?

    This would be the first principle, and probably the most important: equitable use. The item has the ability to be accessed by anyone without having to give undue effort. Too much effort could be the bane of any sort of installation, and could lower the ability for people of certain classifications to find enjoyment in its use.
