The Jews trace their history to Abraham - and he can be said to be the founder.
Interestingly, Islam and Christianity also trace their history to Abraham, which is why they are all called "Abrahamic religions"
One can also argue that the founder was Moses, since the founding text of Judaism, the Torah, is attributed to him.
