    Maslow words on self actualization is that for a person to be fulfilled in life, certain needs must be meant. They include physiological needs, safety needs, love (belonging) needs, esteem needs and lastly self actualization needs in the said other. the last stage of linear growth according to maslow is self actualization. Maslow beliefs that the lower needs has to be pursued before the higher ones and it cannot be the other way round.
