    I believe the answer is: shorter than their parents

    Various studies indicates that being obese since adolescense growth would put more pressure the sekeletal structure that support childrens' body.

    This would potentially minimize the bone's ability to expand/elongate, which resulted in shorter by the time they enter adulthood.
