TD is an acronym for 'To Deliver' and TC for 'To Contain'. A TD or TC glassware will usually be accompanied by a degree of measure, such as "TD 10°C" or "TC 20°C". This tells us that once the contents reach the given temperature, it will change what you get in terms of amount out of it. In a TD glass, you will get precisely what volume you have listed once the content is at the listed temperature. It isn't necessary with a TD glass to get every last drop. In a TC glass, you will get precisely the amount of volume once it reaches the listed temperature, but you must get every single drop out in order to have an accurate number of material.
