    Answer and Explanation:

Generally, people with mental disorder are provided with drugs treatment as medication or therapy by the psychiatrist. For patients with more severe mental problem, they need to have permanent medication throughout their life, accompanied by caretaker (family member) to ensure their well-being or existence. At the worst case, people with severe mental problem couldn't behave normally or continually feeling sick (on-and-off) even with constant or high dosage of medication intake. Hence, it is finally in the hand of the patient itself and he/her's family members to ensure he/she maintain an active lifestyle, healthy diet, to ensure mind focusing, avoid drugs and alcohol, continual reminding on positive thinking, ensure 8-10 hours sleep to be achieved daily, and psychological support during mood swing. In conclusion, the treatment rate for people with very serious and severe mental problem is very very minimal and sometimes unaccomplished, resulting in pain and mental torture through lifetime.
