It is known as a Second Party Sale.

In the United States a second party sale refers to when a person who is 21 or older purchases alcohol with the intent of supplying it to anyone under the age of 21. In the United Kingdom it would apply to anyone under the age of 18. It is illegal and a felony and all parties involved will be charged with an offence.
