    Explanation:

    If you look at some of the strategies that American Companies execute is as following: They make the material in US, but they ship the materials (it could be anything, car parts, etc) to other countries, like Mexico or China, assemble there, and ship it back to the US to make a bigger amount of profit.

    Plus I took the test and that was the correct answer.
