    GTCC stands for Government Travel Charge Card. It is a initiative program byb the United States federal government to provide the travelers with effective, convenient, safe and commercial methods to pay for the expenses people spend on their official travel.

    In order to add baggage fees to the voucher manually, click on the link which says "create an expense item from a government charge card transaction". The link is underlined and is in blue text.
