    An action or behavior is considered as a sexual dysfunction according to apa if: (a) a person experiences distress from their unusual sexual interest (such as sexual relationships that initiated through firing threat or manipulation)

    (b) the sexual desire or behavior entails harm or risk of harm to others (such as sexual relationship that initated through threat of violence or the uses of drugs)

    The APA determines if a given experience is qualified as a sexual dysfunction if the given experience cause distress to the person when it happens or from the memory of the experience or if the experience resulted in other people being harmed, mentally or physically.
