    Personal belief

    - when a party can align with one's values or show that they value the same values that one has, then it is more likely that the person will be easily attracted to vote for that particular party

    For example I one's own belief is to eliminate abortion and the part that seems to or that promises to fight against abortion will be a party for which that individual will cast their vote.

    Political party

    - Also some parties are more influential than others to attract more people for many different political and historical reasons.

    Colleagues and staff or family

    - Some people can not make individual decision on their own so they get influenced by what their colleagues suggest or what their family believes.

    - I think the most influential is the personal belief. People hold on to their values or beliefs in most instances irrespective of what others may say hence they will always go for that party which supports their belief systems.
