Nina has been taking a lot of group fitness classes lately. she enjoys zumba, bodypump, kickboxing, and spinning the most. by taking lots of different types of classes, nina doesn't bored and maintains her motiviation. she also is constantly challenging her body in new ways. which general training principle is nina applying effectively here?

    Shes training her body. she may not know it but everyday her body gets stronger and stronger
