So lets say a teacher checks work every week. 2 students don't do the work they are assigned. Only one of them get off scott free every week when they didn't do the work, but the other gets monitored more and gets in trouble, even though he does more than the other. The person getting monitored realizes this and actually does his school work. Even though he does do what he is told, he is still monitored. If the teacher forgets about the student not doing the work for 2 weeks, what should the student being monitored do to get the student not doing work to get punished?
