    I believe the answer is: at about age 50

    The shift in behaviour mostly influenced by experience. As they got older, men tend to start to learn to get in touch with their softer side in order to avoid unnecessary conflict, while women tend to start to get in touch with their aggressive side because its necessary in order to obtain a certain level of respect.
