House of Rep members would elect the president and the senate would elect the vice president.

    Explanation:

If no candidate receives the higher percentage of the electoral votes, then the presidential election would rightly leave the instituted electoral college process and then move to the congress for conclusion of the process.

The house of representative would look at the three presidential candidates before them, who have received the most electoral votes that were caste. The house of rep. members would then elect the president from them. For any candidate to be elected, he or she must receive at least 26 votes.

The senate on their won, would elect the person to serve as the vice president from the two vice presidential candidates to be presented before them, who must have the highest number of the electoral votes. A candidate can only win if she or he receives a minimum of 51 votes.

If the house of representative fails to elect a present, then the vice present elect would serve as the acting president, pending when the issues in the house on electing a president would be resolved.
