    4 years

    Explanation:

    Let x be the age (in years) of each daughters,

    ∵ Mother is 30 years older than her daughters,

    ⇒ Age of the mother = x + 30

    Now, after 2 years,

    The age of each daughter = x + 2,

    And, the age of the mother = x + 30 + 2 = (x + 32) years,

    According to the question,

    3 (x+2+x+2) = x + 32

    3 (2x+4) = x + 32

    6x + 12 = x + 32

    5x = 20

    ⇒ x = 4

    Hence, each of the daughters is 4 years old.
