    Social Circumstances & Psychological Factors

    Explanation:

Medical model of psychology states mental disorders as physical physiological diseases. It suggests medication & other medical treatment as their solutions.

Social circumstances - Society indulgence which impige on the individual, Psychological factors - Individual subjective thought process & mental state are ignored as per the 'Medical Model of Psychlogy'

However these are very important as mental disorders are much beyond just 'physiological diseases' that can be medicated treated. They are very dynamic, depending on each individual's unique social circumstances & psychological factors. So, non medicine treatment - like counselling, mental therapy can also be efficient complementary mental treatments, not included in 'Medical Model of Psychology'
