    Pavlov's body is trying regulate his heart rate and blood pressure back to normal.

    When the heart rate is extremely high, the body needs more oxygen in short amount of time to regulate the blood flow and prevent a clog and also wants to cool of the temperate of the body.

    So the person begins to breathe faster and to sweat profusely while needing to drink water so as to not coagulate the blood and have enough cool content inside the body to lower temperatures.
