    Explanation: According to the organizational level, equality is defined as the every staff member or employee of the organization is equal on the basis of status and working. Equality describes that every employee should be treated fair and not on basis of the post, gender, race etc.

    Any important decision in organization is not based on the view of the seniority or any other demographic factor rather the decision is to be made by the rightful person who persist capability and knowledge.

    Equal opportunity is the factor that lies in organization which gives the right that actual deserving person should be able to make the decision. Thus, the statement given is false.
