It is also known as the miscarriage of justice. Of all the given, only inaccurate reporting in the media cannot be a reason for false conviction. This is because in deciding a case, the media does not influence the decision of the jury and the judge. But inaccurate eyewitness identifications, false confessions, mishandled evidence can all influence the decision of the jury.
