I will say C) get immediate emotional support from friends, family or school. And D) seek resolutions and put complaints on record.

    Explanation:

I think if the person talks about the problem with his/her family, friends or someone at school it is going to be easier to find a quick solution to the problem, and also if the harassment or bullying has not been happening for a long time and you talk about it on time, you will have more possibilities to succeed. Besides, I also believe if the person complains, looks for solutions on time and has proofs of the aggression, people can believe easily in you and everything will be fine. Sometimes people suffering from harassment or bullying do not do or say anything and that is why they start suffering from depression, so it is advisable to talk and make the complaint on time and you will be fine in the future.
