B: It has many ports on the Caribbean Sea, Pacific Ocean, and the Gulf of Mexico.

    Explanation:

Mexico is a country that has excellent strategic location, especially when it comes to trade. The country is located in the southern part of North America, bordering the largest economy in the world, the United States. South of it lie the countries of Central America through which it is connected to South America, or with other words all trade on land between the two continents goes through it.

Something that is even more important is that Mexico has access to three large bodies of water, the Pacific Ocean, Caribbean Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico. Through these bodies of water Mexico is connected pretty much with all of the world, which puts in excellent situation.
