Jeff's belief about the differences between men and women is an example of conflict theory. Class conflict is another belief many people have. Like the gender conflict, it is also known as a conflict theory. In most cases, the gender issue and the class issue lead to certain individuals trying to control and dominate others, and usually stems from competition over limited resources.
