Not gender inequality, but misogyny and misandry can lead to sexual abuse due to one party's toxic feelings towards the opposite sex through psychological abuse and physical abuse. Examples of psychological abuse include gaslighting, threatening self-h*rm or s*icide, grooming, or isolating the victim from their friends and family. Physical abuse can range from slapping, cutting, or even r*pe depending on how severe the abuse is.

Some people may argue that only men can be abusers due to their physical strength, but that's not true. Bosses, babysitters, teachers, parents, and any other woman in power can be abusers. S*exual abuse isn't a result of the patriarchy, its the result of people being terrible.
