    Explanation:

Expert is a term that describes a person who has vast knowledge or great understanding of certain subject or areas.

Expert are the sought after guys to solve problem, either in academics or outside school wall such as business, politics, law etc. They often get paid for their services rendered and are well known for their expertise.

However, a Novice is considered to be a person who has little knowledge about a particular subject or area. They are sometimes termed a beginner, which means, as times goes on, with constant learning and relearning, they can as well become expert in their chosen field.

An expert in field ABC may be a novice in field XYZ, while a novice in field XYZ may be an expert in field ABC.

For example, a 15 year practicing lawyer is an expert of law, but may be a novice in finance, most especially if he is not a corporate lawyer or never work in financial industry before. Similar thing is applicable to an Accountant or Economist who is an expert in finance but not in law.
