It directly impacts our self esteem and confidence thereby affecting every aspect of our lives. Having a positive self talk attitude is very important and cannot be overemphasised.

    There are several studies that show how negative self talk can ne gradually turned around to positive self talk to improve perception of self which ultimately leads to a better life
