When is task-focused leader behavior most important? when is it more important for a leader to exhibit employee-focused behavior?

    task-focused leaders would give most of their attention on employee's work result while employees-focused leaders would give most of their attention on the employees as individuals.

    Task-focused behavior tend to be the most important when the leaders is trying to maintain a certain standard for the team's performance. Meanwhile, employees-focused behavior tend to be the most important when the leaders want to be involved in employees' personal development.
