    insight therapies refers to a form of psychological therapy which carried out with the assumption that the psychological problems that they patients are experiencing simply occurs because they have lack of understanding of their own way of thinking and emotion. So in order to treat this, the therapies will try to provide some 'insights'that alter the perception of the patients in order to look their life in a more positive way.
