Globalization causes job loss in developed countries because the jobs that were originally in the first country are being outsourced, probably for cheaper. For example, a company in America pays its employees $15 an hour, but now has workers in India that are willing to get paid $5 an hour. The workers in America lose their jobs, due to how much they got paid.
