    The US government should be primarily concerned about science, weather, and health/medical research to protect its citizens and promote the general welfare.

    An educated society with wealthy citizens that have good jobs and produce richness for them and the country, is the ideal state for their rulers. The government must establish the right conditions for individuals to prosper, for companies to prosper. In doing so, taking care of the environment and to have the proper conditions to do so such as health, technology, and stability, is an important component of the government function.
