Answer: have to find a way to address the issue

Explanation:there is a saying that if you cannot change them, you have to be like them but this is very wrong. In every organization you find yourself, you have to keep your intergrity intact. If your supervisor fails to address the issue, you take it to the next in command. This might bring backlash at you and even when your report is not being addressed, continue pressing on and one day your supervisor or any appropriate authority you reported to will address the issue. but remember don't change who you are for anything at all.
