    Gerrymandering is manipulation of electoral districts to serve the interest of particular group however gerrymandering could not be taken as positive connotation because this process follow two steps firstly Cracking which involves weakening of opposition support across many district and Packing involves diverging the opposition party support to only one district so that voting power in other district can be reduced.
