    Maslow In his hierarchy of needs showed that an individual has a hierarchy of needs that shapes his reaction to any particular situation, he also indicated that man is always a wanting being hence not being satisfied, it is this unsatisfied nature of man that motivate them while Herzberg's two factors theory talks about motivation at work, it talks about what motivate people to want to do more at a specific job function such a promotion opportunities, opportunities for personal growth e. t. c.
