How did physical geography influence the lives of the early Greeks?

    It affected the food they grew as the landscape and climate was generally good for growing wheat, olives and grapes. As well, trade was a big part of Greek culture considering that Greece is located in the Mediterranean and is mostly coastline, so maritime travel was a big deal.
