    Answer:The activity theory

    Explanation:

The activity theory of aging which is also referred to as implicit theory of aging states that people can age effectively if they remain active and keep their social interactions.

According to this theory this improves the quality of their life and may stall the aging.

This theory is in contrast with disengagement theory which says it is inevitable to disengage from social activities when peole get older.

According to activity theory people are more satisfied with their lives if they remain active and continue to have the same social gatherings they use to have.

Activity theory suggest that people shouldn't abandon the things they have been doing just because they are getting older, even if these activities may not be the same but they can still apply the same skills in n similar activities.
