    Violation

    Explanation:

What is been violated is the difference between a civil case and court case.

A civil case might be a case of resolving dispute, or someone owes someone a particular money and he/she is been charged to court. but a criminal case is a case were the law has been broken, someone has broken the law or did something against the law and judgement must be pronounce.

That is the big difference between a civil case and a criminal case. criminal case shows someone has broken the law but civil case might just be a case of settling dispute not necessarily the law has been broken.
