    Protect America Act

    Explanation:

    The Protect America Act was an update to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and sought to provide the essential tools to the government to get essential information about terrorist with the intention of harming America. President Bush signed this Act was signed into law on the 5th of August, 2007. The law allowed interception of international e-mails and calls for security purposes.
