    She would have lost 108 pounds of weight within the space of 6 months following the 10% guide

    Explanation;

    Leah Current weight is 270 pounds,

    If she follows the 10% guide of doing healthy exercises and jobs that would make her lose 10% of her weight,

    10% of her weight 270 = 27

    if she loses 27 pounds of weight every month consistently,

    After 6 month, she would have lost = 108 pounds of weight (27 x 6)

    I. e she should aim at losing 27 pounds of weight every month.

    After six month her weight will be at 162 pounds (i. e 270-108 = 162)
