    This assumption is False.

An effective leader is a person with a passion for a cause that is larger than they are. Someone who has a dream and a vision that aspire to better society. Some features of effective leaders are that they have a clear idea of what they want and they are good in communicating, they build credibility and gain the respect of others setting the right examples, they have clear convictions about what is right and wrong and they are respected for being genuine, principled, ethical and consistent, they are the ones who make the hard decisions and recognize success in their pairs, motivating and inspiring them. These are characteristics of particular personalities, seminars and classes will not be enough, it is necessary to get experience and recognize the mistakes to learn from them.
