I believe the answer is: primary deviance and secondary deviance.

Primary deviance refers to a situation when people committed a deviant action without being aware that their action is against society's standard/norm.

Secondary deviance on the other hand refers to a situation when people choose to do the deviant action despite knowing that their action is deemed as 'bad' by society around them.
