A customer is trying to use a coupon that has clearly been photocopied. You tell her CVS does not accept copied coupons. She becomes upset, claiming that the coupon has not been photocopied. What would you be most and least likely to do?

    I would most likely call the manager to talk to her and I would least likely kick the customer out of the store and tell them to never come back again
