    Option A: A Corporate "commits", when one employee "commits" ..., if the employee "acted" This show a correct logical flow.

    Option B: The "committing" a crime ... and the "committed" used for its employee shows a mismatch in tense even though they are simultaneous action so this option is wrong

    Option C: "Corporations" commit a crime ... How many corporations are committing a crime at a time here. This is already faulty and hence wrong
